FreshUIs offers downloadable UI kits, templates, and design resources ("Products"). By purchasing or downloading any Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or commercial projects.

The intellectual property rights in all Products remain with their original authors or sources. FreshUIs distributes content either developed in-house or sourced from platforms that permit redistribution under open or permissive licenses. While we ensure proper curation, FreshUIs does not claim ownership over third-party intellectual property.

3. Accounts and Purchases

To access certain features or make purchases, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
